When “Mothers Against Illegal Aliens” Go Wild …..

I’m on sabbatical from posting to LFV for medical reasons, but I couldn’t resist cutting and pasting this with my one good arm from Third Party Watch, since I am always endlessly annoyed by any hate group which pretends to represent my interests ….

When television stunts backfire . . . With the aforementioned immigration deal stirring the political pot, the nation’s eyes – and cable news channels – turned to Arizona last week.State GOP Chairman Randy Pullen did Hardball on MSNBC with Chris Matthews and the Fox News Channel with Brit Hume.

Not to be outdone was Michelle Dallacroce, the founder of Mothers Against Illegal Aliens who appeared via satellite with Fox News personality Neil Cavuto. Saying that Kyl “flip-flopped” and “lied to us” with his support of the immigration agreement, Dallacroce took her opposition a step further by cutting up what she called her Republican voter card.

Just one problem: Dallacroce wasn’t a Republican. It turns out, according to the Maricopa County voter rolls, that Dallacroce has been an independent since August 2004.

Dallacroce was insistent when asked about the registration discrepancy by The Insider, even suggesting the error was the county’s, not hers.

“If they make a mistake on their computer,” she fumed, “that’s their problem.”

Just one thing: While Dallacroce argued (via phone) with The Insider about her party registration, she cited the scraps of the dismantled voter card as proof.

“It says right here,” Dallacroce said, reading three letters from what remained of the card. ” ‘P’ . . . ‘N’ . . . ‘D.’ ”

“PND” is elections-office code for “Party Not Designated.” It means you’re an independent. Oops.

Dallacroce said that as of Friday, she’s registered with the Constitution Party.

As if that’s not amusing enough, Dallacroce started posting like a maniac in their comments section …..

Randy:

You being the Chairman of the Maricopa Country Republican Party, I thought I’d send this article to you because it has your fingerprints ALL OVER IT!. This issue is NOT whether I belong to the Republican Party but HOW I voted Republican consistently since my arrival in Phoenix in 2000 whereupon thefirst vote I ever cast in my life was for BUSH and the Republican Party!

I wouldn’t have to write this e-mail to you or send it to others if it had not been for all of the nasty telephone calls that I have received from the Maricopa Country Republican Headquarters or from supporters of the Republican Party. Since my announcement that I was cutting up my Voter I.D. card it seems that this public opposition has riled a lot of Republican Party officials from Kyl and McCain on down. I will be very interested to see all of your reactions when we file the papers for RECALL.

The last thing that you and the Republican Party want to do is to come after me like a bunch of sharks in a feeding frenzy. I can assure you that if you wish to pick a fight the mothers of Arizona and the mothers of America are not going to stand by and allow you to force us to participate in the destruction of our nation simply because you view the illegal alien invaders as being necessary to achieve the American Dream.

I am putting you on notice that if these kinds of charades continue you will not be a happy camper and neither will the Arizona and Maricopa Country Republican Party.

If you want to play games, play them with the Democrats because both of you seem to want the illegal alien vote and the so called cheap labor.

It seems that greed is the common factor between pirates and profiteers.

Not only is Randy Pullen, the State Chairman for the Arizona Republican Party, duplicitous in his support of Senator Jon Kyl, he is ABSOLUTELY DUPLICITOUS. Here is a “Party Leader” who has made every attempt to hide his political agenda i.e. his loyal support for Kyl by publicly stating that he was opposed to the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill only last week. Now within a matter of a few days the “Party” Chairman made a statement to the Associated Press that Senator Jon Kyl was indeed a “statesman”, which should be for everyone a strong indication that the senior Republican leadership at the national and state levels were successful in twisting Pullen’s arm to get him to soften his earlier pronouncement which implied that the Kyl/Bush/Kennedy/McCain Bill was weak on border security.

Likewise, Pullen’s new proclamation that Republicans “must not allow ourselves to deteriorate into the politics of hate or personal destruction”, is an example of just how far the Republican Party will go and how desperate it really is. To take the position that American citizens of any political persuasion are engaged in hate speech, simply because they oppose the actions of elected officials whose efforts clearly demonstrate that they support Amnesty and this illegal invasion, is beyond belief.

If Randy Pullen, the “Party” Chairman is attempting to attract people to register as Republicans, he certainly has a strange way of accomplishing that! Not since Nikita Kruchev banged his shoe on the podium at the United Nations declaring that capitalism will give way to communist ideology, has such preposterous comments and behavior been seen in “Party” circles. Chairman Pullen’s remarks are a condemnation of every citizen’s right to freedom of speech and contrary to his misrepresentation our nation and its people come before Republican Party politics or any parties politics.

The “Party” Chairman appears to have gotten the message from his “Party” bosses and it should be made clear to him and to his superiors that the American people are in NO MOOD to be lied to, to be denigrated, to be abused or to be treated like a group of uneducated Illegals!

Randy Pullen, the “Party” Chairman has defended Kyl as a “statesman”. Mr. Party Chairman Pullen, Senator Jon Kyl is certainly no George Washington “who couldn’t tell a lie.” He is no Thomas Jefferson “who always defended truth.” And he is no Ronald Reagan “who always stood his ground.”

NO Chairman Pullen, Mr. Kyl is no STATESMEN! Mr. Kyl,by his own words proves that he is a liar! Mr. Kyl by his flip flop on immigration issues in order to get re-elected proves that he is incapable of telling the truth. And, Mr. Kyl by dodging the concerns of his constituents proves that he is not a man of his word!

To be sure Kyl has made it clear that he will NEVER accept the guidance of over 90% of the American people who adamantly oppose this bill. Chairman Pullen still has an opportunity to let the people of Arizona know whether he is “statesmen enough” to support the upcoming RECALL Petitions which will be filed against Kyl and McCain. All we are looking for is a simple yes or no. How much statesmanship does it take to make that decision?

(In a previous posting, I referred to Randy Pullen as the Maricopa County Republican Chairman when in fact he is the Arizona State Republican Chairman. I stand corrected.)

GOP chairman defends Kyl

PHOENIX (AP) – State Republican Chairman Randy Pullen began the week by denouncing the proposed US Senate bill on immigration as week on border security.

Now Pullen is defending 1 of the authors of that bill, Republican Senator Jon Kyl of Arizona.

Pullen told Republican activists in a “special message” sent by e-mail that he is very concerned about criticism directed towards Kyl.

Pullen defended Kyl as a statesman and said Republicans “must not allow ourselves to deteriorate into the politics of hate or personal destruction.”

Hell, toss in the word “Communist” a few times, along with the terms “free sitemeter” and “reader comments”, and I’d swear the above loony comment was written by Gene Chapman. LOL

She named the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, the Constitution Party …. let’s just be thankful that, for once, a raving lunatic embarrassing nutjob – who isn’t even smart enough to know to which political party they are registered – didn’t falsely claim to be a Libertarian.
